SEMA 2005 - Vegas Show

November 05, 2005

Yes, its SEMA time (Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association)! Hot New Products, Sweet Rides, and, oh, booth babes.

As Las Vegas epitomizes excess and gluttony, what better place for one manufacturer to try to outshine the others…more cars, more bolt ons, scantily clad bodies, etc. all vying for attention.

This year the show looks pretty good…literally! Here are some pics from Day One.

Beside a bunch of Scions, there were a ton of New Ford Mustangs on display...Ford trying to make a push to get back in the car market (they finally figured out not EVERY ONE wants to drive an SUV)!

One of the coolest things on display was the Ford GT that was actually cut in half (yes, they cut a $150,000 car in half!)! Both sides were mounted to a glass wall so you could literally walk through the middle of the car and see everything in their glorious details!
